McQuaid & Irondequoit Football Camp

This unique opportunity will allow both programs at the Varsity and JV level to maximize preparation time and to insert team concepts in a well-organized off- season format.

​

Participants will be wearing school issued helmets and shoulder pads. Mouth guards and cleats are also required. No lower body gear is needed. Contact will be “upper body only” with emphasize on control and safety.

 

This camp will not provide equipment for players!

 

Bring Sneakers in case we need to go into Field House.
